Project Manager

B-Line Medical is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join our team, you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and implementation of multiple varying-scale projects involving the installation of our products.

What you will be doing:

  • Direct responsibility for managing the project stakeholders to meet all deliverables for each project before the 30 day honeymoon period ends
  • Utilize strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills to implement and execute multiple successful projects at one time
  • Create, manage, and execute successful project implementation plans for B-Line Medical and 3rd party vendors for medium to large projects independently
  • Facilitate status meetings and create timely, accurate project status reports to all stakeholders
  • Respond within 24 business hours to client communication
  • Ability to successfully manage and execute more standard turnkey projects
  • Review all project documents for clarity and accuracy, including any proposals, statements of work, equipment lists, AV diagrams, and network diagrams
  • Conduct site surveys with involved parties (including, but not limited to client, AV vendor, B-Line Medical AV, an integrator) to refine project scope and requirements
  • Ability to work independently with AV companies to ensure site readiness and scope
  • Ability to work independently with client’s IT team to meet the project requirements
  • Ability to work independently with hardware third-party vendors
  • Ability to create and read GANTT charts including B-Line Medical and 3rd party schedules for Prime projects
  • Showcases aptitude in learning new technologies in IT, AV, and software
  • Work directly with Sales staff in reviewing project scope and feasibility
  • Work directly with Implementation in carrying out project requirements and ensuring a successful client installation with no outstanding items past the honeymoon period
  • Work directly with Customer Relationship Management and Support to transition satisfied clients 

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5+ years Project Coordination/Project Management experience
  • B.A./B.S. undergraduate degree (Project Management degree a plus but not necessary)
  • Holds a PMP certification or another similar third-party certification
  • Holds IT certification(s)
  • Experience using Salesforce, Basecamp and or Zendesk
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrates excellent “customers first” core value in all communication
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills with excellent detail
  • Understands the fundamentals of accounting and billing schedules
  • Strong leadership skills to manage project expectations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously without delaying progress advancement of project
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Require no follow up on routine project tasks or internal tasks
  • Can adapt to changing priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess technical aptitude
  • Receive no warranted complaints from a client
  • Travel to client sites domestic and international  (up to 60%)
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
