Product Trainer (Software)

B-Line Medical is seeking a Product Trainer to provide outstanding customer education, coaching and guidance throughout the client services life-cycle.  Trainers must possess an enthusiastic and adaptable personality to match the need of the client while also being innovative and receptive to feedback.  Training's are performed remotely using the GoToMeeting web service, as well as on-site when requested by the client.  

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver exceptional interactive classroom and web-based instruction
  • Develop customer training agenda with customization for each client
  • Develop new hire onboarding material focusing on healthcare and building a strong product foundation
  • Serve as an internal company software expert by providing internal monthly training sessions and answering questions posed by coworkers and clients as needed
  • Respond and coordinate all assigned training requests in a timely manner
  • Actively participate in the project life cycle, being aware of dates, times, and location of installation and who the primary stakeholders are
  • Create and maintain all customer documentation, fundamental guides, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage training escalation tickets with follow up and reviews to customers
  • Work with the Implementation team to close out any outstanding items 
  • Respond to all incoming customer emails within 24-48 hours
  • Develop and deliver monthly web training class content to customer base
  • Develop and deliver monthly internal training class content and presentation materials
  • Maintain the Customer Solution Center by creating video and written documentation, responding to client feature requests, comments, and questions posed
  • Coordinate feature requests and outstanding questions from customer interaction and follow up with the Product Development 
  • Participate in Product Development meetings bringing new and exciting ideas to enhance software product
  • Pass along excellent marketing materials for approval to assist marketing personnel with duties
  • Attend simulation and patient industry conferences as instructed, which may include participation and presentation in courses
  • Attend external industry webinars and conferences as instructed to continue to keep abreast on the latest healthcare technology trends
  • Work with team to increase annual department revenue
  • Have outstanding record and expense recording bi-monthly abiding by internal procedure

  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • 3-5+ years experience training in software, medical simulation, or healthcare environments strongly preferred
